This means that clinics in Missouri may be legally allowed to offer abortion care in the meantime. As of October 2025, two Planned Parenthood clinics in Kansas City and St. Louis are providing procedural-only abortion care at least one day per week. A Planned Parenthood clinic in Columbia is providing procedural-only abortion care less often than once per week. It depends on the state. Some states require people under age 18 to either get permission from or tell their parents, and some don't. Many states offer a court process called judicial bypass for teens who cannot involve their parents. There may be financial assistance available. The first step is to schedule an appointment with a clinic.Most abortion funds will only commit funding after you have your appointment. (Please note: Center for Women's Health in Overland Park, Kansas requires a non-refundable deposit to schedule an appointment, and does not work with abortion funds, so if you have financial concerns, we encourage you to explore other clinic options.)Even if your appointment is coming up and you don't yet have the funding figured out, you are strongly encouraged to keep your appointment while you work on finding help.Once you have your appointmentCall the clinic where your appointment is scheduled and tell them you need help paying for your care.
